I love to capture people as candidly and authentically as I can and this is reflected in my editing style as well. I want to create images that are as true to life as possible. I want your photos to reflect the day you experienced! This isn't to say I don't like the odd traditionally posed photo or retouching, but both are utilized very thoughtfully. A blend of photojournalistic and editorial could be used to describe my images :)

Yes! For the most part I will give you prompts of actions you can do together to create candid moments and where it fits I will also direct you into more traditional poses as well. If you have ideas for certain shots you'd like that's great but it's definitely not required.

I recommend a minimum of one year in advance if you're looking for peak season (June-September) to ensure you can get your ideal date. Outside Summer you can probably get away with a little less notice, but as soon as you have your date secured I suggest reaching out! I open my calendar to new bookings maximum 18 months in advance.

My standard offering included in all wedding galleries is a mix of primarily colour to some black and white (where the situation, setting, etc lends itself to B&W well) If you know you'd like to have a copy of every photo in both colour and black and white, check out the 'a la carte' section of my wedding collections and add it to your day :)

No. It's quite rare and expensive for photographers to sell the copyright to their photos - but you don't really need it. All this means is you can't sell the photos and I am able to use them in my portfolio to advertise my own work. You DO get a print release and are absolutely welcome to do so and share with friends and family as well as on your social pages online.

I do send 20 sneak peeks 7 days after your weddingm, edited , in jpeg. The rest of the photos I upload in an online gallery in a high resolution up to 12 weeks after the wedding. You can download the whole gallery or a single photo to your pc or device.

Yes, you can choose your favourite shots and I can create a beautiful book that you can show your kids and grandkids..
